The deposits take a high polish, which give high frictional and abrasion wear qualities, especially small particle abrasion. Use on applications that need impact as well as abrasion resistance. The optimum electrode for this combination. works well out of position. APPLICATIONS: Recommend for severe abrasion and moderate impact applications. Great for Agricultural Wear Applications. Has good hot hardness up to approximately 1,000 degree F. Especially designed for crusher applications, used in construction, mining, brick and clay industries on parts such as jaw crushers, bucket teeth, edges, crusher rolls, mill hammers, and conveyor screws.
